The business does not verify the content or accuracy of statement/s made by advertisers and it is the sole responsibility of the user to verify any such statements.

1.1. The website is used as an electronic commerce site (virtual store), established and operates by NAZOOZA, referred to as “The Business” located at HADASOT 15 RAMAT HASHARON

The website is only offered as a platform to connect between the advertisers and the consumers. The business and the website have no relation nor responsibility to the transaction between the advertiser and the consumer, such transaction will be governed by the terms & conditions agreed upon between the advertiser and the consumer
2.4. The advertiser, by its agreement to be included on the website, hereby commits to manage transactions in accordance with market terms & conditions in an honest and legal manner
2.5. By using the website, the advertiser agrees that its usage of the website is done in an honest and legal manner, the content that the advertiser uploads to the website is real and true and that the business shall bear no responsibility to the content which the advertiser uploads to the website
2.6. It is understood that other than providing a platform on which the advertiser advertises its services. The business will have no responsibility for the content uploaded by the advertiser, nor for the nature of the transaction between the advertiser and a consumer of such service

2.10. By using the website, the advertiser understands and agrees that it bares the responsibility for any copyrights and or intellectual property that it provides as content to the business for the purpose of display on the website, including images, video as well as links to external websites
2.11. The website displays a variety of information including links to third party advertising, articles, content, notifications, maps, tables and other related data. This information is offered as a service only and may be updated periodically

By using the website, the advertiser understands and agrees that it is solely responsible for the content it provides and the business is not responsible to the essence and or quality of the content, nor is the business responsible for any negligence associated with the content or any use of such content

The advertiser further agrees that it will not provide content which does not reflect products or services offered on the website and that the prices offered are not a switch and bait method intended to draw consumers to other products or services. The advertiser commits to have a minimum of three (3) of each service or product at the time of providing such content to the website. The advertiser will be allowed to offer up to three (3) vacation packages. The business may change this number at any time at its own discretion

Those links are provided as a service to the user however the business is not responsible for the content of any externally linked websites. Including these links on the website does not express confirmation or an agreement with the content by the business
2.15. By using the website, the advertiser agrees that the business including its managers employees or anyone employed by the business is not responsible for any damage direct or indirect caused to the consumer and/or any third party due to usage of information and or content provided by the advertiser. The advertiser also agrees that the business will not be held responsible for any cancelation or interruption of services to the consumer including due to disruption in transmission of information by any third party regardless of due to malintent or malfunction
2.16. Prices displayed on the website include VAT wherever it is required by law The business offers varied products and services on the website as it sees fit
2.17. The variety of products offered on the site is at the sole discretion of the business prices and quantities of any product it offers for sale as well as the terms of purchase

2.20. Providing the business with false information including the identity of the consumer is a criminal offence which can be pursued both criminally and in civil court

The information collected by the business about the details of the transaction and the advertiser information will be used by the business internally only and will not be shared by any other party with the exception of credit card information transmitted for the purpose of obtaining payment. The advertiser agrees that the information will be stored in the business database
2.22. The business stores electronic data for each transaction performed on the website for the purpose of documenting and reference
2.23. By using the website, the advertiser agrees to compensate the business immediately upon being notified by the business for any claim or expense incurred by the business arising from an action or inaction performed by the advertiser
2.24. By using the website, the advertiser agrees to inform consumers that the business and the website has no responsibility for the transaction between it and the consumer and that the only parties to the transaction are it and the consumer. The advertiser also agrees to inform the consumer that the website is only acting as a platform. This information must be included in writing on any agreement between the advertiser and the consumer

By using the website, the advertiser agrees that the consumer from the perspective of the business, is a third party and any transaction between the advertiser and a consumer does not include the business. Any claim the advertiser may have towards the consumer absolutely and completely precludes the business
3. Advertiser Eligibility
3.1. To be eligible to become a advertiser one must be at least 18 years of age, resident of Israel, has a valid Israeli ID, holder of a valid credit card issued by one of the Israeli credit card companies as well as the following requirement:
3.1.1. Able to perform any required legal actions
3.1.2. Has a valid Israeli ID (Individual) or a legally registered business in Israel
3.1.3. Holder of a valid credit card issued by one of the Israeli credit card companies
3.1.4. Has an email and a valid address in Israel
4. Privacy Policy
4.1. At the time of registration to the website as well as at the time of performing a purchase the consumer will be asked for preferences relating the websites’ electronic communication preferences

8.3. By using the website, it is agreed that all rights of any kind including but not limited to copyrights, patents, trademarks, industrial secrets etc. which is included on the website is the sole propriety of the business. The advertiser understands and agrees not to change anything on the website and understands that copying reproducing or advertising of the website is strictly prohibited unless agreed upon in writing.
